Wayne Attard serves as the Technical Director for Albion SC Las Vegas, bringing over six years of leadership and a lifetime of international experience to the club. Originally joining as the Director of Coaching for boys, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the club’s philosophy, focusing on individual player development, team success, and fostering a culture that prioritizes both athletic and personal growth.

Known for his hands-on leadership, Wayne is actively involved in all aspects of the club’s operations. From collaborating on feasibility studies for future expansions to mentoring coaches and players, he ensures that Albion SC Las Vegas continues to thrive as a premier soccer program. He places a strong emphasis on parent engagement, mental well-being, and long-term player progression, believing that the impact of a great soccer program extends far beyond the field.

Wayne is also a passionate educator dedicated to advancing the next generation of soccer professionals. He regularly teaches coaching courses, including the U.S. Soccer Youth A License, and has participated in UEFA Study Groups across Europe, learning from top clubs such as Benfica, Ajax, and Sporting Lisbon.

His extensive playing career began in Australia, where he competed in the National Soccer League before moving on to the Maltese Premier League, where he played for over a decade. Holding a UEFA Pro License, along with numerous elite coaching credentials, Wayne continues to lead Albion SC Las Vegas with a steadfast vision: helping players progress not only in soccer but in life.
